Cancellation and exchange
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Also, please check your warranty card for warranty claims. If you have received an incorrect item, please do not open it. Items that have already been opened or tampered with will not be refunded or exchanged. If your product has arrived damaged in any way, please email us with the details within 24 hours of the delivery and we will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
Refund Policy
Refund is provided to the customer if the product received is either incorrect or damaged. Please let us know if this is the case and we will look into your issue. It will take us a minimum of 1-2 business days to initiate a refund. A processing fee from the total amount will be deducted. You will be notified of the same by email/SMS. It may take up to 7-14 business days for the respective accounts to process the refund.
Payment Policy
Better Home Appliances accepts online payments through online banking, card payments, eSewa. We accept card payments, online banking and mobile banking through our payment partners. We do not accept cash on delivery at this moment.
Delivery Policy
We deliver the products with utmost care to maintain the temperature of the items which assures a quality delivery at your doorstep. Better Home Appliances is not using third-party delivery service, therefore it takes the responsibility of the product’s quality maintenance up until the delivery, once the order is handed over, the responsibility lies with the receiver.
